Attorney Carl R. Williams has practiced throughout the Territory of the Virgin Islands since 2004 in the areas of criminal defense and insurance defense before every court in the jurisdiction. Carl is also skilled in the areas of estate planning, drafting end of life planning documents including Wills and individual and family Trusts. Carl has been a member of the bar of the United States Supreme Court since 2008.
